Parking instructions

Drive to the east end of 18 Avenue NE.The building sits at the end of the avenue — 1925 18 Ave NE. You'll see it directly ahead of you as the road ends.
Turn left into the parking area.There is visitor parking near the building's main entrance, and a much larger lot beyond it. Either is fine.
Park in any available space.Parking is free for visitors. No permit, pass, or payment is required, and you don't need to register your vehicle.
Enter through the main entrance.Look for the Smart Executive Centre entrance at the front of the building.
Find Unit #115 on the main floor.Pivotal Immigration is on the ground floor — no elevator needed. If you can't find it, call the office and we'll come out to meet you.

The approachComing down 18 Avenue NE, visitor parking is signposted on both sides. Either area is fine.

Before your appointment

What to bring

Any passports or travel documents, previous immigration correspondence (IRCC or IRB letters, refusal notices, hearing notices), and any deadlines you're working against. Originals are helpful, but clear photographs or scans are fine.

Consultations are also available by Google Meet video or by phone. If in-person no longer suits you, you can change your booking on the calendar rather than cancelling.
